One
of a series of interactive displays explaining the operation of a 19th century corn mill. Each interactive device allowed
children to operate a mechanism which explained the priciple involved. In this case, how the water wheel drove gears that
operated the grinding wheels. The devices were built in a 19th century style using old sewing machine parts to remain in
keeping with the mill building.
